Fantastic shipping and communication throughout the process. I was really impressed!

These tablets caused me some serious acid reflux and left a nasty fishy flavor in my mouth. My doctor told me to quit using them, but canceling my subscription was a real hassle. Eventually, someone reached out to confirm the cancellation, but I just got an email this morning saying my order is still active! I really don’t want to throw away more cash or time on this.

I ended up with a really itchy rash from the pills (it went away once I quit taking them). After that, I went ahead and canceled my subscription in the app. When I didn’t get any confirmation, I shot an email to the subscription inbox to check on the cancellation. Her9 totally ignored me, and they keep charging my account. I’ve asked for a refund. Let’s see if I get a response this time...

The delivery was quick, and the supplements go down easily. I need a little more time to see if they’re really effective. My only issue is that the bottle that comes with the subscription had some scuffs and scratches. Considering the cost of this subscription, I thought the quality would be better, but it doesn’t affect the quality of the tablets, which is what really matters.
